Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling: If you need to change the date or time of your event, please notify us at least seven (7) days prior to your original scheduled setup date. We will happily work with you to reschedule your order to a new date, subject to our current availability and a $100 rescheduling fee. • Cancellations/Refunds: Because we begin the custom ordering of materials, design work, and initial preparation process as soon as your order is placed, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. • In rare, unavoidable circumstances where we are unable to fulfill the order (such as severe illness, emergency, etc.), we will communicate with you immediately and provide a full refund. • Weather Disclaimer: We are not responsible for severe or unexpected weather conditions (including but not limited to rain, high winds, or extreme heat) that may affect the setup or longevity of outdoor installations. No refunds will be given for weather-related issues once the order is delivered or setup has begun.
